Ah Rang Martial Arts
Master Pan Ahrang Lee was born in Milyang, South Korea and began his training at the age of nine. He trained three to nine hours a day throughout high school. Then after graduation he began to compete in Tae Kwon Do competitions throughout Korea. He earned two gold medals and one bronze. He then turned to professional Muay Thai fighting. He became the welter weight champion in 1990. Master Lee then set his sights on the world and started fighting internationally in Italy, Japan, China, Mexico, Thailand and USA. Next Lee started Mastering MAA and in 1996 took his first world championship in Mexico city. He took more world championships in the US and Italy. He retired from professional fighting with a record of 25 wins, 3 losses 1 draw and 24 knockouts. Master Lee started training other athletes in San Su kickboxing, and became the wrestling coach for the South Korean national team where he helped develop three gold and two bronze medalists. One of these students Kim Gui Jong is a team coach for the south Korean 2008 Olympic team. Today Master Lee's current focus is on training champions at Ahrang Martial Arts in North Little Rock , AR.
